My neighbor two doors down came over while I was out in the front yard and was wondering how things were going. He's been wanting to replace several windows very similar to ours but didn't really know where to start.

“I found Christies through a number of ways including word of mouth, research on the internet and the phone book. I remodeled my bathroom about a year ago and picked the wrong contractors to do it. After about 3 weeks I kicked them out of my home and started the search for some one to fix their mistakes and unfinished work. In the mean time my hot water heater started leaking so I called the city building inspectors and one came out and as we where talking he gave me a list of contractors not only for water heater but for fixing the bathroom. I chose a contractor to do the water heater and he suggested a couple more contractors and I checked them out and called Christies. Steve
Christie came out and looked the bathroom over and gave me a quote and was the only contractor that picked up the leak behind the shower head wall. Christies fixed all the mistakes including ripping up the marble tile and replacing it with a more suitable tile and preparing floor as it had not been done the first time. They took the extra time to make sure we were happy and came back to make sure everything working correctly.
They took the extra to step to spray stuff under our fiber tub so it would not snap and pop when we stepped in it to take a show, that involved going under the house, drilling a couple of holes and than spraying this stuff up under the tub. I would recommend Christies for any remodeling or additions to your home.”

Shirley and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate the manner and timeliness of the four projects you completed for us this past summer, so much so that, CCS is now officially our "Contractor of Choice" for all of our future projects.
This past spring, when we started the process of dealing with some deferred maintenance issues on our twenty year old home, we decided on four projects that needed immediate attention.
- The west side of the house needed some grading work to mitigate water seepage into the basement and to fix a constantly flooding window well.
- The original roof and gutters needed replacing.
- The 6' cedar privacy fence needed replacing.
- The finished portion of the basement needed new flooring and we really wanted to update the original basement bathroom.
I contracted with Steve Christie of Christies Complete Services to repair a second floor deck. Rather than just looking at the rotting wood and replacing it, Steve took the time to investigate the damage below the deck and its affect on our home. What was an unsightly deck was actually ruining our home. Steve took the time to solve the problem and came up with a great solution. His work was done very quickly, within budget and with the least amount of interruption in our lifestyle. There is neither drama nor changes in the scope of the work.
